Nicole has launched and operated many innovative spaces and programs, including innovation centers, research labs, maker spaces, and pop-up retail stores. Her foundational training is in design, and her experience includes architecture, interior design, graphic design, product design, web design and more.

Nicole is also a professional musician and released her first EP of original songs in 2017.
